Known as "the glue" of the Cava operation, Zach can often be found at Cava alone listening to the grateful dead while his partner is off networking with a shot of Fernet.
Zach was born in Cleveland, Ohio decided to move to New York City, then decided to move to San Francisco, then decided to move to Capitola after Cliff talked him in to it.  Zach enjoys food and music from all over the world as well as most land sports.  Zach's current favorite song is the one that plays when Monday Night Football starts.
